Let’s talk
How it works

AI does the early work.
People take it from there.

From finding candidates to helping recruiters understand them. One connected path into a human conversation.

Let’s talk
Electrician working on an industrial installation

This is how VeroSkills brings candidates to human recruiters. Built for blue-collar and skilled-trades staffing firms, the software connects AI sourcing, text and email outreach, preliminary interviews and scheduling. Recruiters receive interested candidates and interview context, then decide how to move forward.

What happens before the recruiter meeting?

  1. Start with the role.

The opportunity's location, shift, pay and experience requirements give the process its context. AI agents use these requirements to guide candidate sourcing and outreach.

  2. Find candidates and invite them.

AI agents support sourcing and outreach. A candidate receives a text or email about an opportunity and can choose whether to engage.

  3. An AI assistant gets to know their work.

The AI assistant interviews the candidate about their experience and the opportunity. Interviews can happen at any hour. Outreach timing follows the candidate's region.

  4. Make the experience easier to understand.

The conversation and documents the candidate provides inform a work history and summary. Recruiters get context about the candidate’s skills and experience before the next conversation.

  5. Connect with a person.

VeroSkills organizes interested candidates and schedules conversations with human recruiters. Recruiters can review the notes and recording, ask follow-up questions and decide how to proceed.

A job title becomes a conversation worth having.

“I've spent six years MIG welding structural steel. I read shop drawings and can work second shift.”

This example demonstrates the idea of organizing a candidate's own account. It is not a product screenshot, a real candidate record or independent validation of the statements.

A recruiter can now ask about the actual work: the materials, the projects and what the person wants to do next. A polished résumé is not the only way to start that conversation.

Where do human recruiters take over?

Recruiters review the interview context, meet the candidate and bring the client’s needs into the conversation. They ask follow-up questions and decide whether to move the opportunity forward. Candidates can decline an invitation or ask to speak with a person.

What does the recruiter receive?

An interested candidate, a scheduled conversation and a record of the preliminary interview. The candidate’s work history, interview summary, notes and recording give the recruiter a starting point for the next conversation.

These records organize what the candidate shared. Recruiters can explore that experience in more depth, discuss the candidate’s goals and determine the next step.
