Emailing the team is a way to express interest; it does not create an account, start an AI interview or book a recruiter meeting. If you receive an invitation about a role, follow that message for the next steps.
From the first message onward.

A message about an opportunity.
You receive a text or email inviting you to talk about a job. Start with the details in that invitation.

An AI assistant gets to know your work.
Explain your experience, the work you’ve done, and what you’re looking for. The conversation gives a recruiter more context than a job title alone.

A human takes the conversation forward.
When the process moves to a recruiter, they use that context to explore the role with you. Human recruiters make the recruiting decisions.
Can the AI interview happen outside normal working hours?
Yes. AI interviews can take place at any hour, including evenings and overnight. Follow the instructions in your invitation. The later human recruiter conversation is a separate step.
You know your work. Start with that.
Think about the jobs and projects you’ve worked on, the tools or equipment you know, and the responsibilities you’ve held. Specific examples are useful: what you did, where you did it, and what the work involved.
What if my résumé doesn’t tell the whole story?
The conversation is a chance to explain the details behind it. Describe your experience accurately, including work that a short job title leaves out. If you provide documents, keep them relevant to the opportunity.
What happens to what I share?
The conversation informs the information provided to the recruiter, including work history and interview context. Read our privacy policy for information about personal data and contact the team with questions.
What happens after the conversation?
The process may move to a scheduled conversation with a human recruiter. They can ask follow-up questions and discuss the opportunity. Timing and next steps depend on the role and recruiting process; completing the AI conversation does not guarantee a recruiter meeting or offer.
